I'm aware of the term. Raw fish that is being sold raw for consumption is expected to be frozen deep enough to kill parasites. If not, that is a health code concern. I know where to eat and where not to eat.

You really cannot school on this issue. I eat raw parasites like 2-3 times a week in that very city. Undefeated.

even Japonessa comes correct over FOB...hell...sushi Kudasai even. i mean there are a ton of better choices. FOB is a bang for your buck spot. I've only KINDA fukked with their Poke bar.

I mean, you are eating raw fish. Even if they handle it correctly a parasite may slip through. I get it, they should be more careful, but this is like eating ass then been surprised if you get a lil boo boo on your chin :manny:

You're eating raw fish. Raw fish has parasites and worms in it. Every sushi restaurant operating serves you food with worms in it.

Sushi fish has to be thawed frozen fish. If they use fresh fish, it’s more likely to have parasites. And you’re supposed to have some ginger with your sushi to reduce the chance of parasites. That’s why they serve it with the ginger.
