It's cattiness on both sides. I highly doubt Taraji didn't know who Keith Lee is. A lot of actors and 'traditional' entertainers don't really like youtubers, tik tokers and other social media stars because they feel they didn't have to 'pay their dues'. Her calling the other dude Keith Lee is pretty much her playing him on some 'nobody really knows who you are' publicly

You make that kind of mistake in any other kind of venue where someone is to be honored and it's a problem. Imagine you're at a big business meeting and you call the client you're dealing with the wrong name. Do you think that's going to go over well?
