Wall needs a better head coach and shooting coach. But I think he's getting a lot of unnecessary hate. Nah, he aint ready for the big time, but he was worth keeping. His potential is limitless, just needs someone to get him right.

:russ: Miller was just warming that thang up n/h. Wall had it on lock until Beal and Ariza and Nene started missing shots and committing turnovers/bad fouls.
:mjlol:

Stop it. Wall was the one missing shots and turnovers.... I don't even need to quote the boxscore. You know what it is. Wall hasn't had shyt on lock from 90% of the playoffs.

My man John made the right play at the end of the game, tough loss, good job, good effort.

:mjlol:

Take that loss breh n/h and come back next season n/h. :smugfavre:

this is on wall. he's 16-51 from the field, 1-11 from deep, 13-18 at the line, and has 14 turnovers in just 4 games this series. looking like the indy point guards last year in the ecf. Who on here was trying to put him ahead of chris paul?

That was the ugliest last 3 mins of a basketball game ever. It looked like NFL Blitz tryin' to even things out. Heat vs Spurs/OKC rematch. Let's go.

One team wins and makes mistakes and we gloss over them because when they winand we forget everything, the other loses and we over analyze everything. If Beal hits that shot, if Beal gets that and one, if beal gets both free throws, if Ariza doesn't commit two horrible fouls, if Ariza doesn't turn the ball over on the inbounds, if Nene hits point blank shots he's been making all series, if Wall pulls up and tries another wide open shot he'd hit just a few minutes ago in rhythm.

I'm not gonna play that game cause it's corny b. They lost for a number of reasons, and Wall is definitely to blame, but so are the rest of his team. You never hear a peep out of my mouth when Sabo wins or loses unless I'm trying to fukk with you on purpose because that's what nerds do imo—waiting until the end of the game to say corny shyt. Games come down to probability and being on the right side of the gun sometimes.

That said, I think Gooden should've been out there at the end he was playing great.

Like I told some other dude yesterday, I'm judging wall based on an 82 game sample size, not a 8-9 game sample size. He's making great plays, he's making some dumbass plays. He's twenty three years old b. Twenty three. I think he's handling the playoffs exceptionally well.

Series isn't over yet, but Indy was favored to win and rightly so. DC is in good hands either way this series plays out.

Why can't Hibbert be happy? He was actually playing well in the 4th.

At this point you're trying to soften the blow on Wall. You can't fool me.

Then don't play this game of drawing this generic picture of what's wrong with the team and spreading out the blame as if they're all equally at fault. Wall is the franchise player, Wall is suppose to be the leader, Wall is suppose to be the best player on this team - he's performing like the exact opposite.

Aside from Wittman - he's the one that's largely at fault.

What it comes down to, is players performing to their ability and their status - namely if they're on the come up.

Like I told some other dude yesterday, I'm judging wall based on an 82 game sample size, not a 8-9 game sample size..
What kind of stupid shyt is this? Great players are made in the playoffs, it's the best scale to measure a player. Save me that excuse, because it's nonsense. Can you imagine dudes using that same reasoning for Harden?

He's making great plays, he's making some dumbass plays. He's twenty three years old b. Twenty three. I think he's handling the playoffs exceptionally well.
No he isn't, he's handling it pretty poorly - regardless of his age. I don't know which John Wall you've been watching, but he's been their worst player in the starting 5 all throughout the playoffs.

Series is over.
