They could probably get zo but if they say ingram kuz and two picks.. that’s kinda hard to pass on. I think kuzma gon be great. Ingram im not sure
Those two picks won’t be worth shyt because lakers with kawhi and lebron are a top 5 team and will draft in the 27-30 range especially with PG. Zo would be a better option, and like someone said they won’t deal with the circus so you can easily flip zo for a top pick.

Except for the part where his camp spent the whole season saying he would only sign for the supermax...

Then after the meeting with Pop all of a sudden "he didn't care about the money" :mjlol:

Probably cause Pop told him they weren't offering him the super max:mjlol:

Same way he was "almost 100 %"

Then the lakers said they had concerns about signing kawhi and would need to know he is healthy...

Then all of a sudden he is "100% healthy"

Or remember these articles from early june popping up everywhere...

Kawhi Leonard Rumors: Spurs Star Expects to Sign Contract Extension

That was before the meeting with Pop...when they thought Pop was going to come in groveling and begging Kawhi to stay...so they started putting it out there it was all cool and it was getting patched up and he going to stay...

Then Pop probably told them if you want the super max you got to show us you still healthy and you not some hoe ass puppet who can't say a word unless your uncle has his hand up your ass...and then bounced...

Not that they know that super max aint coming it's "trade me" and "I don't care about the money" and "i was betrayed cause grown ass men asked me questions about an injury i might or might not have"...

I hope magic can go ahead and get us that Miami unprotected 1st round pick...somehow get another bad teams 1st round unprotected pick...give us hart kuzma and ingram...so we can be done with this
Lol
I can really feel how worn out you are over this process by the way you wrote that.

I feel that way too sometimes.

Y’all Wildin if u think the Lakers will give up all their yoUng prospects for Kawhi. :russ: Spurs don’t want Lonzo so they can take either one of Kuzma or Ingram with Josh Hart and future picks and be happy about it. Kawhi took all the spurs leverage in this shyt. Lakers can afford to wait next season they don’t have to do it this summer, Magic has said it in his press conference yesterday.

There’s nothing wrong with players exercising their rights to sign with whatever team they choose.

I think some of us disagree with where they decide to go (Lebron to Miami, Durant to Golden State), but not with the right to do so.
The heat weren’t a 73 win team tho lost in the first round the year before no one really didn’t know how bosh wade n bron would work. So in my eyes bron gets a pass on that decision. Now KD on the other hand I can’t agree with him going to gsw especially after losing to them. They were already a great team without him now he puts them soooo much further ahead. He could have easily chose Houston or Spurs but I guess he had no interest in taking down Golden State but more taking down lebron

Is that a bad thing :patrice:, i personally like players taking free agency seriously. Nothing is really guaranteed. Lebron paved the way. People gon be mad fucc em, get money and try to win championships :yeshrug:

Depends on what side of the coin you're on, if you're a fan of a small market team you're at a disadvantage. Take a look at what's happening right now, this isn't the Orlando Magic we're talking about. If this can happen to the "Model of Consistency" then any team not in a big market that Nike, Adidas, etc. can exploit is game. And Kawhi has already won a championship, this is about a little more.

I was talking more about how game changing what happened in Miami was, the league has not and will not be the same. Players aren't willing to spend their primes in unstable situations which should keep FOs on their toes and better rosters around stars.

Again, Kawhi already has a ring to go along with good coaching and FO so his case is different.

Seems like you mad cause whatever team you support lets their star players walk all over them and it didn't work that way in swag antonio and now you feel some type of way about it :mjlit:

I might hop and twitter and just start saying how the real reason why Kawhi mad at the Spurs is because Pop wan't stop dissing trump :mjlit:

I can't lie Ingram is is better than I initially thought and he will probably go on to become a good player but if you can trade for Kawhi you do it.

Yeah.
My point is that I don’t particularly care that they left. Just like it doesn’t bother me if Kawhi wants to leave.

I think how you handle it and the circumstances around the decision matter though.

It's not that it's just people are in this thread with just outlandish lies and statements...

Kawhi didn't care about the money when all year the story was getting healthy so he could get the supermax :mjlol:

People keep throwing out "the pau deal is so bad" PAU DEAL IS NOT GUARENTEED FOR THE LAST YEAR...ITS EFFECTIVELY AN EXPIRING CONTRACT...:mjlol:

But 15 post after mine someone is going to come in and be like "what the fukk were the spurs doing giving Pau THAT contract shyt is awful that is why Kawhi is leaving":mjlol:

They literally took the money that Simmons wouldn't take to stay here...and spread it out over 2 years for Pau Gasol...:mjlol:

But somehow it is the albatross contract that is so bad even Memphis is looking at them like "man we lucky we only got to get rid of Parsons contract":mjlol:

Bluff City 901 and The Heartland ICT!
Then I would ring up two next worst destinations: Charlotte and Memphis.

Mitch and Chris Wallace are always down to do some dumb shyt :russ:

I'm going to agree to disagree with Memphis being a worse destination. While Chris Wallace has done some dumb moves, he's not that dumb. Kawhi as a rental and trade him to a division rival...we'll pass. The Grizz are looking to rebuild Grit and Grind 2.0 with younger pieces with a defensive mindset and don't forget we're the team that beat the Spurs as a 8th seed some playoff series ago. Trading to the Grizz is just as bad as the Lakers in San Antonio's eyes...

Its gonna happen. Magic is going to let the Spurs rape him for all the Lakers youth plus a first round pick for Kawhi.. and that in turn will get LeBron hear in a heartbeat. I think the league and networks are all in favor of this as well. Its box office:yeshrug:
