They are safe because their senate seats are not up in November. Therefore there is no political pressure in the short term.

Also, I just think the two women are probably being secretly lobbied to vote yes unless something major happens. I read the article where the accuser went to a therapist about Kavanaugh a few years ago and notes were taken.
