I know. I am 'assuming' that all 47 Dems and 2 Indep. vote no. That still leaves 51 possible yes. They only need 50 because Pence is the tie breaker, so we need Flake AND one other Repub. to flip. Which other Repub. have been on the fence?
Flake could have still voted no today, and it would have been 50-50, so he is really buying time at this point. He saves face, cause he can ask for this investigation, and still vote no, but looks like the good guy even if all other 50 Repubs. vote yes.
