If I recall correctly, she didn't say anything triggering. Katt started getting testy when Wanda tried to take up for Tiffany Haddish, saying that people like her b/c she is real. He could've easily kept the comments on Tiffany but he started roasting Wanda for having a different opinion. The "jail" comment, which was also below the belt, came after he started bashing her.
