Talcn about Dallas lacks black culture when literally 80% of the ppl who shape atlantas culture aren’t even from there. Sounds like your city is the one with no real culture.
Nobody in Dallas is letting ppl from Waco or Tyler claim Dallas the way yall let ppl from Macon and Savanah claim Atlanta

The only thing about buying property like that is, you may be buying contaminated land. Most of those old military properties from the cold war era (pre Clean Water Act and Fed Hazardous Waste regs) has PCE and TCE contamination in the soil and groundwater.
Just did a quick Google search and it's all kinds of nasty hazardous contaminates associated with that property.
Gonna be a huge hefty bill to clean that up.

On top of being the old Chem school, was also the Ordnance School so there’s probably UXO and old explosives that leaked and shyt that was never reported.
