So basically you prefer living around eses and white folks. Source doesn’t break down where nikkas live in the city…. Atlanta is majority black and controls city governance…. They are 2 totally different cities

Clean up takes decades. not some shyt you can call a cleaning service and be done with. If he was smart, he would purchase the property where housing and day to day life took place and not the training areas and AHAs (which there are a ton of on Ft Mc). DoD spends damn near 2.5 billion a year on clean up. Also make it where any future clean up is on DoD but doubt since he only paid what he paid.

Texas has a higher cost of living than Georgia…. The crime/poverty issue is a nuanced conversation that doesn’t happen on this site…. But no nikka ever said he wanted to move to Dallas…. and Dallas is a cool spot…. you’re comparing a white city to a city that actually has black political power
