Sounds great. I'm impressed at the idea by itself and finding the place. Shows great vision or the very least, good ambition.

Ironic considering he already got exposed for lying about his military background.

It's right across the state line from Atlanta. (1 1/2 hour drive)

Access to lots of black people in the south, in the heart of the south.

And it was a piece of property up for sale for economic development.
