i think you are just making up numbers, the dominant industries in the caribbean are tourism and banking and the majority of those business are owned by whites and/or multinationals

Those numbers are from my experience in the Caribbean. Banking is dominated by whites. No argument there, but the tourist industry is dominated by blacks. Especially when you include the smaller businesses.

yeah i read it and nothing you have said has contradicted what i said, the existence of black owned business doesnt contradict the statement that whites dominate the economy, in fact by you bringing up hovensa you proved my point, you proved by your own words that the st croix economy is dominated by whites and that black people depend on jobs from hovensa to fund their business

Black people US Virgin Islands are still creating black owned businesses. They will be fine once the corperation's clears out.

What we need is more big black owned businesses here in the US that can replace the white owned ones that use the USVI.
