Totally. Now is that what the knicks NEED? I dunno. Maybe they need Towns for the better rim protection... I'll be happy with either. I go back and forth.

Honestly, It all depends on Marc Gasol. If we can get him (longest of shots) than Towns is a perfect complement. But I think since we're so committed to the triangle, Okafor has to be the favorite. I also think what's underrated about his game is how he can open up the floor for the rest of the team (whatever that may be). I think surrounding Okafor and Melo with guys like Draymond and Danny Green (the Green brothers!!!) and (insert pg here) would be a very interesting team to say the least. Okafor would definitely help the knicks more in the next 2-3 years. Past that, I shutter to think about all the potential articles and talking points about how the Knicks wiffed on Towns.

He's a PF/C in that he can play both positions. He is probably most effective at PF but I don't believe he will hurt your team at C like guys like Aldridge or Dirk would if they played that position.

Depends, he was earlier in the season, he hasn't been playing great defense lately and all his rim protection stats slipped big time.

Gobert and Nerlens have been elite defensively all season.....as in they are in the tier 1 with Bogut, Hibbert, Dwight and Ibaka.
