this kinda sentiment is why I thought drake went ahead and leaked it.

Yeah it’s a weird move cause it’s dissing him and an amazing song… but drake jumped out ahead of whatever type of ‘rollout’ Kanye wanted for it, and he mighta really thought kanye was kinda crazy (and would look crazy) for putting a diss verse on this amazing song when 3k laid a beautiful verse about his mom on it.

So he leaks it, it’s an amazing song, 3k murks, and yeah ye disses him but it wasn’t anything lethal, just talks about him half the damn verse and messes over whatever plans Kanye had for it

Now even the co-creator of the song is sayin yeah I didn’t expect this that’s kinda crazy

Drake looks bad bc who knows if this was ever going to see the light of day. From Kanye's perspective, I wonder why he didn't convince Andre to let an edited version of that verse out....it would have still had the same emotion IMO
