People who are so afraid of being presented with views contrary to their own that they have to ignore, censor, or run away from people with different viewpoints are straight up cowards. Grow up, be a man, and dispute the merits of the argument being presented. Instead, its ad hominem attacks, ridicule, and censorship. I hadn't been on the coli in like 2 years but came back to see what people were saying about this album, I could never have imagined this place would have devolved into such political correctness, pseudo-wokeness, and herd mentality. Agreed. As time passes, people will care less and less about any comments DaBaby made......With Manson??? Thats a slippery slope, and people don't forget. Regardless of who a person is, allegations will always stick.....even in the event a person is proven innocent, the cloud of uncertainty will always hang over their head.

Nice to see someone speaking about this stuff rationally in here. Too many people don't think deeply about much of anything, but only parrot the mainstream narrative about any topic that comes up.

Ya'll hate Kanye for thinking for himself, for not towing the "party line" on any and every subject. Be your own man, think for yourself, dont just gobble up every narrative sppon-fed to you by media outlets.

I agree to a certain extent, but you can go too far and end up caricaturing the point you're trying to make.

Also, if social media has taught us anything it's that people as a whole don't want to think too much at all, they want the ideas they naturally gravitate to, to be "right". As an artist trying to crack that nut you have to read the room, and while Kanye is the best at what he does, he hasn't really moved the needle on people thinking for themselves.

Having Marilyn Manson on the porch isn't thought provoking, even juxtaposed to the music and it's themes. In this case it was a miscalculation because more people are talking about Manson than how great the music sounded.
