People with personality disorders tend to also favor conspiracies and fantasies that allow them to feel more significant and important than they are and as though they are living as the protagonist of a movie.
Conspiracies like "Democrats are trying to control black people" which allows him to engage in politics in a way that is completely ignorant of government, law, courts, and everything that is actually what being engaged in politics is about.
Even more so when you have an entire audience that will embrace and use that ignorance as it suits their own agenda.
When Kanye sits there in front Tucker Carlson with that million mile stare talking about planned parenthood and black babies I think he honestly believes in his heart he is taking a stand for black babies and black health in this country. When he says he's pro life, I believe Kanye really did believe Republicans are genuine in that slogan, and he also has an inflated sense of his own intelligence that would fall for that. I think he really believes that Democrats are trying to keep black people "boxed up" from taking "conservative" positions like not supporting abortion or "killing black babies." He honestly believes that he is the main character of a movie about a revolutionary thinking Jesus-figure who knows more than people, politicians, and professors.
What Kanye doesn't understand is that theyre not genuine. Politics is a game. He's being used. And all hes doing is lending his voice to people who have an agenda of dismantling affordable womens healthcare services.
He is severely mentally ill. Candace Owens know it, Puffy know it, Tucker Carlson know it, "conservatives" know it.

Part of what some people don't understand is that you cant "get" someone medical support unless they are truly disabled mentally.
The decision to step into the world of mental health means surrendering your ego. Finally leaving behind the grandiose fantasy world of being who you wish you were ("GENIUS. GREATEST ARTIST OF OUR TIME. REVOLUTIONARY THINKER!! JESUS!!!") and finally love who you actually are and love the world around you.
Koonye don't want to give that up. Some narcisstis enjoy and prefer being narcissts. Some people enjoy living in a contentious, competitive world where no one understands them and they must keep drawing negativity and victimhood to their lives.
Koonye is suffering. His sense of judgement is deeply impaired by his ego and his need to be seen. But he knows what he's doing. He knows the lifestyle he is living. He knows he is more "controversial" and annoying than he is respected. He likes that. He is putting out White Lives Matter shirt and embracing white supremacists because he knows its sadistic and a mockery. Because having never learned healthier and more mature ways to love themselves and receive attention as children, the narcissist relies on simple minded, immature behaviors to do so.
It's not to about elevating any "love" or connection to others or any of that nonsense poetry he writes. It's all about him.
