Black people do have control of their image...They just choose to use it to promote ignorance, and rationalize it with that "well, you wouldn't think that Arnold is really a killer just because he played the terminator" and "I am just a journalist reporting what's happening in the hood" arguments...
Those arguments don't work because the world has a negative opinion about black people, based on a long history of racism and ignorance towards black people...
Historically, blackness has always been associated with evil, dirt, and negativity, by calling yourselves "black" you subconsciously trigger those negative connotations in the minds of people, and then when you present them with images of gang banging, misogyny and buffoonery, you trigger the "that's what black people are really like" opinion that is founded on nothing but wive's tales...
If you ask any random non-black person what "positive" attribute black dude's have, most of them will probably say "they are athletic and have big penises"...
And when you think about it, those two major things that even black dudes glorify about themselves...
Most people don't associate intelligence with black people...And part of the reason is because black people don't associate themselves with intelligence...

we can front all we want. nikka IS ******. It's just a lazy form of the word that nikkas say.
A word is just a combination of letters and sounds that represents a thought. It's the thought that gives the word its meaning.
Even though the combination of letters and sounds in nikka is similar to the combination of letters and sounds in ******, and even though nikka comes from ******, the thoughts behind the words are different and that's the only thing that matters.
People like to play dumb and pretend like the words are the same even though they know they're not. Here's my proof that people play dumb:
Black people almost never use ******, only nikka. Racists almost never use nikka, only ******. Why? Because both groups know the words aren't the same.
