The ironic thing about this whole situation is the fact that in order to fully respond to this situation...I have to use Kanye's own term.

New slaves. That is what we are mentally... so I agree that we are too comfortable using the word nikka and an argument can be had that it is as if everytime we use it, we clothe our statement in the confederate flag.

That is something that we ddoneed to slowly get away from however... to introduce something like making the confederate flag fashinable in 2013...there is something VERY wrong about that, especially with his level of influence.

In many ways, this man stumbles into politcal statements. He is just chaotic in his demeanor and outward thoughts... nothing is telling me that he is premeditated with what he puts out, thus I can't give him the respect of a genius activist especially when one day he "blesses" his listeners w/ "when white get money they don't spend, when I get money I go ig'nant" (paraphrasing)

Then the next day he may say something that gets in people's face like "the president doesn't like black people", then the next day propose to the mother of his child and the next day say "me and my fiance are really the first family".

He's a buffoon who knows how to stir up controversy... he's the Black Miley Cyrus.

I don't give a fukk about miley. I give a fukk qbout Kanye because as influential as he is... he'd be able to honestly change history through pop culture(speedily becoming the most influential force known to man) in a positive way but he wastes it.

yes. He is a buffon..not a c00n...but a buffoon. And i'm a fan of the man's work I really am..but I can call it like i see it. This is irresponsible.
