sooooooo Black group think is a good thing?.....

:pachaha: I knew you or the other cat were going to respond like this. :laff: So predictable. I'm not calling you a c00n but :aicmon: No matter what you think about black culture and all the negative aspects of it I think we all can collectively say things like white people doing blackface and the confederate flag is offensive as fukk. :skip: Yes Black group think is a damn good thing in this case.

What kinda half ass pop culture laden bullshyt examples are you providing?

And secondly nikka how the hell do you know how purposeful or not Ye's actions are?

:dead:
To be fair, his explanation isn't quite off base. However, I don't believe for a second that Kanye's actions are not intentional.

My first post in this thread.

Just finished watching an interview with him. basically he said the flag means slavery and since we're all the new slaves, he's embracing the flag as his own.
I'm not going on some random ass juggle. I just said, I had just go through listening to an interview before posting in this thread.

:dead: these negroes were so offended by the "black group think" they ignored "social responsibilities of a black person" :laff: These are the type of negroes who defended Zimmerman. Ole Toure' above blackness to appease by non-black friends negroes.

Exactly. These male groupies came :cape: with their own garbage ass interpretation of this.

Word b? I'm a male groupie for who?

And clearly I don't know if it's purposeful or not. Those are questions who's answers we don't know...thus it's a forum discussion.

Yall holier than thou nikkas kill me. Let me make it simple...

The nikka is all about self... so he's not c00ning for anyone. Either way... (do I really have to say "in my opinion so yall don't get emotional...fukk it) in my opinion... it's just as socially destructive.

Now here comes the part where you act like your opinion is wittier and has more validity. ..

And go...:lupe:

I don't understand what this has to do with the thread. You should listen to the interview, because he's actually quite problack and is very VERY upset they won't let him into the upper echoleons of the creative world because he's black. They'll let him design a shoe, they'll let him put his name on a shirt, but they won't give him a factory, he's pissed AS HE SHOULD BE. I'm tired of this shyt as a black man.

This reminds me of Mayweather, they'll let him box, but let that boy PROMOTE? OH HELL NO. You know how much shyt Money May had to go through to get TMT up?

White people hate that, that's why Mayweather gets so much hate, that and he uses his mouth to draw attention, Ye does the same, he just sounds crazier, Money sounds as cocky, but he never sounds angry, Ye is.

:aicmon:But my whole point was that the flag was offensive and that what 'Ye did here was ALL BAD! Even though your Blackness is obviously vastly superior to mine,:pachaha: I can see through this antic and see the root of the problem. This dude taking one picture with this flag on his back is a problem, but the ROOT of the problem OBVIOULSY stems from something much bigger. And until we start looking at the problem in a MACRO view and not a micro view...shyt like this is going to continue. But why disuss larger problems when we can just go back and forth about the smaller ones. That'll make a difference! :skip:Thats like complaining about your arm pits stinking and complaining about it all day instead of just putting deodorant on...

His rants are a bit annoying, but I def see someone breakign down barriers. Yeezus was a good unique album (Andre 3,000s album was still better tho). The lyrics made perfect sense for todays industry, giving a lot of insight on how they're going crazy because of the present day creative freedom (internet), he predicted it before Nipsey sold his $100 album. Kanye's designs and artistic outlooks are pretty forward thinking, I can't even lie. I used to be subscribed to his blog waaaay back in the day. and the shyt he'd post on there 3-4 years later would become a trend. We'd sit in class and just be like :wow: at some of the shyt he'd post, and be like "man that'll never trend" then bam, sure enough a few years later I see it. I think I can find an article on this.

dude has already done designs for a few euro designers that he never got credit for, I think that's what pisses him off, they'd rather steal from him then let him do his thing, he's tired of being a slave. upsetting a creative will just make them louder and crazier lol. what sucks about being a creative is that 8 out of 10 times you wont get credit for shyt, because non-creative people are like leeches, quick to steal because they tend to be better promoters, networkers than the zoned out artistic person, Kanye is that voice that's fed up with it, and now with the age of information, can lash out. Of course those that aren't artists will just see him as being a cry baby, he's supposed to just swallow it, like those before him. Anyways Im going to cut this post short, let me post that link.

10 years ago, Kanye wasn't gangster enough. Now every rapper looks like him.
