Too many people having your mentality is how things never get done. You dismissing the huge importance of having a Congress in a president's favor as just an excuse shows you're not serious about getting shyt done at all. or just willfully ignorant or both.

So not only is voting for the people in Congress meaningless to you, you're also saying you don't want candidates to even propose anything unless there's a 100% chance it can never be overturned. Epitome of whining about shyt and not wanting to do anything to change it.

Also, black people don't vote enough outside of the presidential election. Voting blue ticket for the president and voting blue ticket in all elections is two different things.

Black voters remain Democratic stalwarts, voting 93% to 5% for the party’s candidates for U.S. House in 2022. Hispanic and Asian voters clearly favored Democratic candidates as well, but by narrower margins: 60% to 39% for Hispanic voters, and 68% to 32% for Asian voters.


But White Americans are much more consistent voters than Black, Hispanic or Asian Americans. Compared with the national average of 37% who voted in 2018, 2020 and 2022, 43% of White citizens who were age eligible to vote in all three elections did so; just 24% did not vote in any of these.

Black, Hispanic and Asian adults lagged far behind, with 27% of Black, 19% of Hispanic and 21% of Asian age-eligible citizens voting in all three elections. Hispanic citizens were most likely to have not voted in any of the most recent three general elections (47%, compared with 36% for Black and 31% for Asian citizens ages 22 and older in 2022).

Kamala has to reach different bases. you not going on the breakfast club or allthesmoke podcast to talk about abortion rights. She didn't go on Howard stern to talk about how she plans to help black men. You have to hit all bases.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964, legislation should not provide exclusive benefits to one specific group.

Today @KamalaHarris released an agenda for black men. We’ve talked about having candidates listen to our needs and concerns, and she has.

1. Providing 1 million loans that are fully forgivable to Black entrepreneurs and others to start a business.

2. Championing education, training, and mentorship programs that help Black men get good-paying jobs in high-demand industries and lead their communities, including pathways to become teachers.

3. Supporting a regulatory framework for cryptocurrency and other digital assets so Black men who invest in and own these assets are protected.

4. Launching a National Health Equity Initiative focused on Black Men that addresses sickle cell disease, diabetes, mental health, prostate cancer, and other health challenges that disproportionately impact them.

5. Legalizing recreational marijuana and creating opportunities for Black Americans to succeed in this new industry.

When we vote, we win.
