I like Booker too, but his Senate seat was a cake walk cause the NJ Republicans didn’t want him to win as Governor. He also made deals with the finance people to get that money.
It is what it is with both of them. However, her giving up the Buns for power (if that is what it was) isn’t the same as selling out. Both ain’t right, but not the same thing.

I don’t agree with that. She clearly competent and in fact good at her job. Just because she had sex with a married man decades ago doesn’t make her life an episode of scandal.
Hell even Caesar had sex to secure power and even in his case it likely was forced/coerced. It’s the puritanical aspect of our culture that makes us care about these things but it doesn’t matter.
