That's how every politician's portfolio should look. If you're actively shaping financial policy you shouldn't be able to trade stocks, and you should be restricted to index funds. Which isn't some punishment, mind you. Warren Buffet's portfolio is 90% index funds, it's one of the safest/best ways to invest and maintain wealth. Hell if someone had convinced every pro athlete over the last 40 years to put most of their contract money into a Vanguard S&P 500 index fund, none of them would be broke today.
