Interesting that as of now, the NFLPA is not a party involved in Kaep's CBA grievance
complaint against the NFL.

"Free-agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick is filing a grievance under the latest collective bargaining agreement against NFL owners for collusion, according to a document obtained by ABC News.

Kaepernick is not going through the NFL Players Association but has instead hired attorney Mark Geragos, who has represented several high-profile clients, including Michael Jackson, former NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield and musician Chris Brown.

The filing, which demands an arbitration hearing on the matter, says the NFL and its owners "have colluded to deprive Mr. Kaepernick of employment rights in retaliation for Mr. Kaepernick's leadership and advocacy for equality and social justice and his bringing awareness to peculiar institutions still undermining racial equality in the United States."

Kaepernick's attorney sent a copy of the complaint to the NFLPA, as well as the NFL and all 32 teams."

Yeah, this move helps the protest more than anything, but he's not winning. Players like Michael Sam and TO probably had better cases to prove they were being blackballed by the NFL and I doubt any lawyer would touch their case.

Really? Go ahead...I'm all ears.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Can't see how he loses this when you look at the situation in SF, Cleveland, MIA and CHI just to name a few...

Clear collusion by the owners to silence him but maybe hard to prove...
this shyt is retardedly hard to prove... it's not guess work.. you either have PROOF or not.. barry bonds suffered the same fate. hit 62 hr and the league said fukk you.. but since they never had a owners meeting and said fukk you.. he couldn't prove that they did

you have to prove that these owners DECIDED TOGETHER to not hire him..

here's an example of what i mean.. what if they never said it to each other? what if they just knew.. 1 owner said nah... then 5... then 10... and then they all followed.. well technically they didn't conspire together to not hire you. they simply all came to the same conclusion that they didn't want you. they all figured it'd be bad for business but never said "hey guys lets all not hire him no matter what"

you have to prove that they actually conspired against you for no other reason... not cause of money.. not cause of bad press.. not cause of anything else. but that they sat down, said they didn't like you, and made an unwritten rule to not hire you

it's damn near impossible without proof. but the horrible pr and court cases should damage them enough anyway to pay for this shyt
