It'll be next to a miracle for him to win. All the chips are placed against him:

1. He wasn't released from a team he left on his own.
2. Each franchise is privately owned.
3. Not only the NFL are still allowing players to protest, they used Kaepernick's protest as a rallying cry for unity against Trump.
4. No other player was punished, blackballed from the league for supporting and/protesting.

There's no way in hell Kaepernick can prove collusion. It would mean all 32 owners talked among each other and conspired together to blackball. Good luck, but this is out of pure desperation now.

Can yall stop talking about him leaving on his own. He was going to be CUT. Yall don't get that? As far as all your other points, the NFL picked Kaepernick as the guy to go after because he was the face of the protest. If you can't even see the blackballing, the lies and the BS I don't know what to tell you.

Coli.
I KNEW TRUMP would play into his lawsuit. This is where it gets interesting. Jerry Jones and other owners will have to disclose their conversations with Trump and his opinion/influence on the situation. Jerry is ON RECORD, discussing his convos with Trump, made him take his stance. They will make Jerry and other owners testify under oath. This will be a nightmare. And I believe Kaep probably has gotten access to some emails, that will make this uncomfortable for owners who DO NOT want to be deposed under oath. Very interesting.
i dislike Mark cuban but he said the NFL only has a few years left a few years back he might be right if Kaep can pull out a win

Great points. I'll just add that Kaep too was allowed to protest while he played his last season with the 49ers. Also Kaep's girl insulting the Raven's owner while he was 'allegedly' about to sign with them. Believing there is collusion and having proof of it are two entirely different things, which is why I think this is more of a stunt than actual case.

But the thing is. He wasn't cut. He wasn't even forced out. The 49ers not only didn't fine, suspend him or anything... He was PROMOTED BACK as the starter. And even if being cut were to have happened, they cut almost EVERYONE from the coach on down yet still ERIC REID who been down with Kaepernick, kneeling with him since DAY ONE, still on that team and still protesting.

Kaepernick has all the chips against him.

whether he wins or not, he's got the ammo to EXPOSE a bunch of people.

There's no telling of all the "secret" convo's these owners had that he may have as proof of evidence.

I hope it all comes out.

Yeah, this move helps the protest more than anything, but he's not winning. Players like Michael Sam and TO probably had better cases to prove they were being blackballed by the NFL and I doubt any lawyer would touch their case.
