the sad thing I've watched every episode of primeval but couldn't even tell you the name of any side character beside manzel

the wynn duffies, mikey's, guttersons, mullens ain't walking through this door

dumb show had a g ood actor like keith david and killed him off first episode, wasted more time on the daughter who got sent away

It's years later which is why his daughter is aged up. You don't necessarily need the previous series for story purposes since it's set in a whole nother city anyway.
