Anyone paying this level of attention to throwaway comments on CSPAN 2 is in too deep. They’re definitely voting.
This is not uncommon for Judges, Senators and Congressmen to get along and enjoy working with each other even though they have opposing views. In many cases its about upholding the institution. She like Schumer may be an institutionalist. More concerned with upholding the instution than breaking it (Like Schumer doing away with the filibuster).
