Quite possibly the best comic-book based cartoon of all time, IMO it's right up there with B:TAS.

The first season of the original Justice League Cartoon was :ehh:
The second season was :ohlawd:, especially Starcrossed
And JLU in general was just :noah:, especially the Cadmus Arc.

I remember being in late high school/college at the time this was running and I was literally glued to my TV every week watching this. The other comic book cartoons that came after this (Young Justice, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, etc.) were cool but nothing else compares.

The Justice Lords episode :wow:
Finding out the truth about Hawkgirl :wow:
That "Death of Superman" episode :wow:
Amazo demolishing the whole league :wow:
The Batman Beyond crossover :wow:
Doomsday :wow:
The Flash pulling out all the stops against Luthor :wow:

Let us have a moment to appreciate this literary masterpiece. :ahh:

:what:

No, I'm referencing the cartoon. And there were actually two Batman Beyond crossover episodes. One where they went to the future and teamed up with the future league (including Static) and another one that took place far in the future after the end of Batman Beyond.

Next to Spectacular spidey, this is my favorite comic book tv show. Just great television for its entire run. OP hit on most of the major points. The season finale "Epilogue" is probably my favorite episode but I'm not even sure. It's the version of Batman I love the most and it's the show that made me appreciate and really grow to love Superman as a character.

Yep I have both of the series on DVD. It was a awesome cartoon series. I think it was one of the best ever. It is definitely a classic.
