No matter who is on the team and who the Heat are playing, they have ALWAYS started games horribly and played well in 2nd quarters, only to start the 3rd horribly (with lead or not) and either lose the game there or just make it harder to conceal victory in the 4th.
Spo has no fukkin idea how to get the most out of his players. shyt is mind boggling to me. Any nikka with common sense would tune out the bullshyt species he gives in timeouts and shyt like that. nikka never says anything relevent, and it shows from this pattern of starting slow as fukk Everytime they come from the locker room with this nikka. shyt was like that before Lebron, during Lebrin, and now after Lebron.
Add that to his rotation issues and his lack of adjustments, and the nikka needs to go. A nikka like Sam Mitchell has always been horrible adjusting, but he speaks with athourity and commands respect from his players. McHale is horrible with X's and O's, but great with rotations and subs. Coaches have strengths and weaknesses too, but Spo has no stregnths. There is nothing that I can look at and ssy Spo made better or did well. I will be fukking pissed if he costs us a top 4 spot this season. fukk him and Riley for wanting to be loyal over making the right decision.
I know this fourth game of the season, but Bosh not playing with his main strength, consistently, has been going on for too long..
