There is a 5x5 app for iPhone and I think it's one for Android as well. It tracks your weight and increases weight next workout automatically. It also makes adjustments if you fail to complete all 5 sets. Has a built in rest timer too.
5x5 is what finally got me up to 425 on my squat. I just started up agai. This week to Getty and get up to 450.
I think I'm going to take a look at the Starting Strength, 1st I've heard of it.
