I get that but if your gonna do this movie and decide to include that part at least do it right. To a person who hasnt read the book that scene was delivered so flat and anemic that it felt like you either missed something or something was left out. The whole movie was a boring adaptation IMO

Ehh still wack and not worth it. I thought I was gonna see some serious violence too but greedy ass Hollywood has to make everything PG-13 so they can get as much money as possible. fukked the whole vibe of the movie up to me. Hell the Running Man went harder.

I agree. Almost always in these film adaptations, they can never achieve the same level of detail/character development. Fitting 400 pages into 2hrs is basically impossible. I was expecting to see at least 20 minutes of her & Rue bonding & it was just 2 scenes

I'll support the movies anyway. The books were that good to me.

This shyt is a little corny & questionable how they made her a little white girl Still, this is how gory the real film should've been, if they were serious about staying true to the book. They barely showed the deaths in the movie & the ones that were shown weren't bloody & they had everyone in full makeup, looking perfect when they were supposed to be living in a fukking forest for like 20 days.

her interaction with Rue was minimum. She looked at her upon the training sessions and was instantly reminded of her sister...around same age, same build, same demeanor. The only way to convey that on screen was to give them the same hairstyle.
