I'm definitely interested in seeing this. My fall pick for movie of the year likely. And smh at people thinking everybody work in retail lol. Hell anyone can see an advanced screening if you look for it or get it through your job/networks

Hmmmm. A dark Bond has potential. Could you follow the plot? Quantun of Solace was a piece of shyt because of the nonsensical plot.

DARK Bond?

According to the National Monitor on Oct. 27, the first black James Bond could be in the cards sooner than most people think. The current James Bond, Daniel Craig, has proposed Liverpool footballer Steven Gerrard for the roll when he's finished with it, but the name of actor Idris Elba keeps cropping up.

According to Bond girl Naomie Harris, it's a definite possibility.

“I did a film with Idris and he said that he met Barbara Broccoli and that it does seem like there is a possibility in the future that there could very well be a black James Bond,” Ms. Harris said during an interview with The Huffington Post.

There have been rumors of a black James Bond since 2008. The author of the Bond books, Ian Fleming, was very resistant to the idea, but the character of James Bond has evolved a lot in the years since Fleming's death. Idris Elba would fit the bill handsomely.

Oh Timothy Dalton's Bond was dark? Was he badass? How were the movies? I remember my mom watching 'em when I was a kid, but I don't remember them myself.

Daltons Bond is the closest to Ian Flemings vision of James Bond

I gave the flick 6/10, don't get me wrong its a decent watch but there are things I had issues with and what have they done to the already loose continuity of Bond films. It seems like CR/QoS is Bond's rookie outing, Skyfall sees him as an old vet and every other bond film has happend in the gap bewteen QoS & Skyfall.

Just watched it ... it was aight. nothing too special. I still liked Casino Royale more.

Maybe my expectations were too high after TDKR, Avengers etc that came out earlier this year.
