Of course the ATL
Don't do that to yourself brehski. Tiffany is a jewelry company/store not a watchmaker to spend 5k and above on. If you want to spend that type of money then go with Cartier which is a jewelery company and an amazing watchmaker.

That Tiffany you posted does have a clean look, but it has a has modified Sellita movement (mass produced movement/mechanism, not exclusive to one watch maker) inside of it. Not a very original design, not a strong brand name in watch industry, no amazing watchmaking heritage. When you go into that price range you should not have to make that many compromises.

Tiffany been making watches since the 1850s tho...they went into business with Patek Phillippe when both were young companies, why you think Patek's are sold in Tiffany & Co?

Tiffany watches are criminally underrated and a better quality than you're giving them credit for, but I respect your opinion on this bro :salute:

If you still don't mind all of that, then you would be better of with a Montblanc (luxury company that sells pens, cologne, wallets, jewelery, watches). You can find a used Montblanc on the second hand market with more complications for a good price. Because watches from these type of brands do not hold value.

But you would be even better off just getting yourself a clean looking Hamilton for a lot less money.

The Hamilton is cool, Mont Blanc is decent as well but just not for me :yeshrug:

Oyster Perpetual 34. Has anyone bought a watch and put it away for a whole year without using it? Also, has anyone had any bad experience buying from jomashop?
How did pops like it and any real pics ?

Jomashop is authentic but I've only bought lower end watches .

Did you buy it from Jomashop? Since I know they have a 10% restocking fee for watches over a certain price.

I heard a lot of negative things about Jomashop and have only bought one watch from them. It was a lower end watch (Citizen Eco Drive) and it stopped working after 18 months. Luckily Citizen has a lifetime warranty for their Eco Drive cells no matter where watch was purchased so I didn't have to deal with Jomashop.

I was looking at this company NOMOS before I bought my Anonimo about 5 years ago. Back then I swore the were hovering around $1300-2000. They are a German company with great clean styling and their own movements. I walked in a Tourneau and I saw these for the first time in person and was shocked that he are now retailing at $4k. The moral of the story is sometimes if a mechanical watch company speaks to you make the leap you never know where they will end up. This company is really one to keep an eye on for me.

What do you guys think? It'll be my first "nice" watch. I'm close to ordering it.

Don't know much about the brand/quality but they have some very nice looking chronographs for the price (alarm, moon phase). Although their automatic watch that I saw was way too expensive.
