A watch has been the one area where I never spent more than $100 on. I rarely wear watches. However, I've always liked them from afar.

That's a $30,000 Rolex. Limited to a 100. Congratulations to you if you do have that in collection.
Nice watch. Resale probably not that great 10 years from now. But definitely a stunning piece.

No, I don't own it. That $2,000 price tag is a little out of my range.
Go to your local Macy's and see if it's available. Not every Macy's carry's Tag, but Tag goes on sale for an extra 10% off periodically (Tag doesn't allow Macy's to promote the sale). The next Friends & Family event isn't till November, but you could probably get 10% + 25% and get that price a little bit better for you
Citizen, Seiko & Bulova are on sale for 20% at Macy's almost every week and you can use a coupon on top of that too

Yea I think I was thinking about the poster who mentioned a Tag watch earlier. The same pricing/rules apply to Movado at Macy's (10% off Movado that they can't promote)

Aha ... yeah. That poster was probably me. I have three Tags (my wife has a bit of a problem with shopping). None super high end -- two aqua racers and a formula 1 (10+ years old).
