Yes it is. Eating sugar and junk will do nothing to slow down his metabolism if anything it's more likely to be wasted as his body will simply get rid of it like it's been doing. Again, this "im skinny so I'll eat anything" is terrible myth that needs to be stopped.

If u cant eat much then get a weight gainer supplement. Walmart sells a really good one that guves u 1,000 calories per 2 scoops. Youd gain weight in no time. My moms friend did it because he was underweight. shyt worked like a charm for him
Got a brand name? I'm 6'4 and all this holiday food put me to about to 190 in the last few month. I really wanna add about 15-20 by spring time. Is that realistic?

Yes it is. Just figure out your calroic maintenance level and eat 500-800 more calories then that a day and you should gain a pound a week. U can push it to 2 pounds if u want.

I forgot thw name brand of the gainer. I just rememeber seeing it and reading it when i got my protein

Smoothies w/ peanut butter in the will do you a lot of good though.
I was 125lb 5'8" and even though I've gained about 15lbs or a little bit more, its difficult.
Do you cook your own meals? Preparing three different meals a day and two calorie-dense snacks a day can really aid in weight gain.
Its pretty skinny though, breh.
And don't take the advice about eating unhealthy foods, eat healthy, just eat more healthy food.
It doesn't just mean salad.

Get a blender, add:
16 ounces of milk
two scoops of either premium whey protein powder, or serious mass weight gainer(two scoops with the scooper that comes in the bag, not two scoops with spoons)
(((Blend here before putting the rest in)))
two scoops of peanut butter, the real shyt, not that oily shyt.
1 of those cups of yogurt, greek. Any flavor you want.
half a cup of oatmeal
6 Ice cubes(preference)

Drink that twice a day, along with breakfast/lunch/dinner. Guarantee you'll put on weight fast as fukk.

How do I eat 4000 calories a day? 6'1 160 lbs, tryna weigh around 210 at the end of the year. I usually eat like chicken breast/steak , rice, and some greens. Oatmeal and a bagel in the morning and post workout shake

Peanutbutter, cooking oil and weight gaining supplements are essential for u to hit that 4k. Theres close to 200 calories per 2 tbsp in peanutbutter and oil has 110 calories per tbsp. Try adding those into your diet.
