My mom is an IT for like 20 years, she deals with Load Balancing message traffic to web servers for a specific company... amongst other things.
I bet if I ask/tell her wtf AR is she’ll be like “ok... and?”

I dnt even have a really important job... and we were hiring last month...
I notice only 6 males outta like 30ppl interviewed... only 2 black guys...
Probly half/half white and black women... the guys were happy at the job seeing all the potential cooch... but i couldnt help but wonder where all the brothers were at..
my job pays well, and u dnt need any degrees or anything. half the muthafukaz i work around I think are retarded anyway...
I ask myself everyday, how long could it take monkey experts to train a monkey to do our job....I came up with about 3months...

yall gonna try to twist me in some kindabut I'm not. I even offered the position to a friend of mine back home who is an accountant. I asked him if he was willing to relocate and he looked at me like
This is what I do. First I always go through family and friends first to hire breh and sistas. This gets the best people as family and friends always vouch for their character. After that, I usually get some and just give it to HR but this always yields the best results.
Next, I come through my area, on LinkedIn to look for other candidates to hire brehs and sistas. It takes a lot for people to relocate. Everyone has a picture so it's easy to comb through there. Takes time but this is the most effective way to do it also, look through social media accounts to get a gist of the person. Also had those to HR. Should start making a network just for this purpose so you can reduce the time lag and send it out the next in case you need to go through the hiring route again for brehs and sistas.
I believe you're in America so should be a lot easier to do the search through LinkedIn.
Just a general overview. Best of luck breh with your career and keep fighting the good fight for brehs shyt is hard out here!

I sent my resume to her (professionally done by the military) and she wanted to talk down on my resume and I literally hit her with the
Ended up getting a job with that same resume with starting pay almost twice as hers
