Somewhat related, if you ever need a pick me up and a target to vent your rage towards, reply to those generic job denial emails employers send. Just let them have it. Be professional as you shred their application and hiring process apart. Only do this if you plan on never working in that industry or field again. I doubt they even make it onto a company server but better safe than sorry. I've been doing that for some time now and will do so in the future.

That isn't very surprising. I work for a pretty well known accounting firm, and I'm the only black dude in my practice in my office. There are like 3 other black folk that work in other positions though. This is actually better than my old firm, where I was literally the only black dude in my office (280 people).

There's recruiters and job connected people on this site and people who could have spread the word. It's called creating a network. Keep that ....c00ns never prosper.
