Yall stop trying discourage dude. I got a bio degree and I'm making over double the median U. S. salary. There's plenty of jobs that require a 4 year bio or chem degree. Threadstarter keep looking.

You can teach science with just a Bachelor's in most states I think. I thought about teaching biology, went down to the department to talk to them and they needed science teachers so bad they were near begging me to apply. It was sad.
Eventually, this is what I want to do once I get my degree. I gotta show these minorities how easy and cool science (chemistry) can be.

Trust, I'm great at public speaking and I aint no slouch / push over. There are good and bad teachers.
With that said, I know sh*t aint easy. I remember my political science teacher in HS, had teaching down to science. He kept the room cold 24/7,
lectured for about 10-15 minutes. Kept reemphasizing points, and knew exactly when he lost students during the lecture.

check out Masters programs in urban planning (environmental planning as a specialty), landscape architecture...look for schools that have classes at 5 pm or 5:30 so you can still have a regular 9 -5 in the day time...
