If I was a bonified killer

I wouldn't change my name.to something that suggested that I was a killer

I would name myself something like C-Money. Or C-Magnolia. Or C-Music

Cause if you do actual murders, you want to make it look like you don't.

If you are not a killer, C-Murder is still an awfully suggestive name. Prolly worse for a non murderer somehow

But a murder trial is the last place you wanna be after naming yourself

C-Murder

So no matter who really did it, dude was lining himself up from day 1 in the studio

The dude who shot Soulja Slim beat 4 murder cases and got murked himself :wow:

On December 31, 2003, police arrested 22-year-old Garelle Smith in connection with Tapp's murder. Police discovered a stolen police pistol in Smith's possession with a scratched-off serial number. A ballistics test matched bullets from that gun to the ones that killed Tapp, but no witnesses would testify against him. By 2008, Smith had been arrested for three more murders and in each case, charges were dropped and he was released due to lack of witnesses and the New Orleans 60-day law, and Smith's murders, including that of Tapp, became cold cases. Smith himself was found shot to death on August 13, 2011.[9]

That's how so many N.O cats got caught up in Houston for bodies after Katrina. In N.O they have a 60 day rule on all homicides. If you get arrested for murder but nobody comes forward and says it was 100% you that did it in 60 days then they let you go. Cats were being arrested thinking they would be back out until police told them they don't do that 60 days shyt in Houston.
There needs to be a thread about post Katrina N.O people in Houston.

I was around there doing that time. The tension/potential chaos was :merchant::merchant:

Not shortly after. A few years back though. It had nothing to do with the Slim situation. Some dirt he did came back on him.
Yea. I’m guessing you from the Bernard with your name being like that. Dude was from the 7th ward and literally would wear the chain still lol. He had the support of his hood heavy and move out of town and had the money from the hit so he pretty much was untouchable for a minute.

dude did the same with VL mike chain. Took the 1 off and kept the 3 tho. Dude died soon after tho
Yeah he wasn't a hustler but he became the top goon of our hood after the previous top guy got killed right before Katrina. Most of his money came from ro

Don't remember how much money he got but he took the cash out of Slim's pocket.

Yeah I am. I knew dude. He was the definition of a savage. And you're right he had the the support of the hood. He only got 10K for that hit though. He made most of his money from putting in work.
See it conflicting stories
1 story anywhere to 20-40k on him
Another story dude took his watch but not his record label chain it was like everytime something came out it was different
I follow this brother on YouTube. Dude from NO who educates us about NO happenings.

As you get older and look at all things considered, the main thing that made most of these hoods, projects, etc... dangerous and fukked up was how murders and shyt were treated and prosecuted.

Reason why most of these places were the way they were because IF you even did get caught with a body, you could easily beat the case or get a light sentence, 5-10 years or some shyt and be back on the streets. All of that got deadens in the late 90s / early 2000s

Only difference is now they’ve passed laws and sentencing acts to keep mfs locked up basically forever once they get you. And there’s so much surveillance and information.

The mentality was the same anywhere tho and still is in small pockets scattered in most of these cities.

Truth. I grew up in chicago and I remember in the late 80s and 90s and hearing kats catch a body and get off cause of no surveillance or cause no one snitched. Long as you didn't get caught with the murder weapon you were good. That shyt doesn't happen like that any more.

Exactly, “no gun, no face, no case” was thing so basically mfs could be as savage as they wanted at some point and just not be dumb enough to get caught with a gun, leave some obvious evidence or be on the scene red handed / right after....

whoever did it fukk them with a diseased dikk. Steve was my boy in school when this happened. shyt hurts thinking about it. His sister and moms called me that night and told me he was gone. About 2 or 3 hours before they called me to see if he was with me. He was underaged in a shytty ass club above a bowling alley. They used to change the name damn near every month bc they would have so many shootings there. I'll never forget that night or forgive whoever did it. fukk them nikkas. My boy didn't deserve to die like that.

y’all got some crazy sentencing down there too. I was locked up in Michigan with a couple cats from Louisiana. My man said he caught his first body at 16 and did 5 years caught his 2nd body and did 10. Came to Michigan and got life for attempted murder. Nicca gonna say y’all sentencing too harsh up here. How bout you stop killing people fool.

The white boy from down there said y’all only do 25% of the time.
