Which is consistent with what I have been saying the whole time. Season 3 was when shyt hit the fan...something that they helped happen.

That's the article where they talk about the show peaking at 4 million viewers there are also others that I have read Where they pit the numbers of popular shows from HBO...funny thing is that The Wire had more average viewers than Oz. I'm not saying that The Wire didn't have bad ratings...all I'm saying is that it didn't get to the point of them canceling the show until Season 3 after they did a bunch of dumb things that wouldn't do anything but hurt the ratings. They never averaged more than 4 million viewers...that's not a good look but Treme only averaged over 3
