Just finished cooking Ground beef with onions brehs (Pics inside)

I'm about to increase my workouts again but I've never heard of sardines and ground beef.

I dunno cuz that sounds nasty even for a pregnant person. Them sardines was going bad and you needed to use em?

I use sardines every time I make red stew. Also use it with scrambled eggs sometimes

What's all this hate for Sardines though?

I usually make this but without the Sardines since i'm not a fan of that stuff, and i make it with Ginger, Teriyaki sauce and Garlic. It's slammin over some Brown Rice. Basically a Ground Beef stir fry. Could also make this with Ground turkey, chicken or anything else.
