I don't fully understand your question. We can send a reset over the phone but only if people FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS which few of them have. IT contacted all the locations and had the managers contact them and TELL them what to do and these b*stards are STILL wiping everything. I It's not that damn hard. I have DOZENS to rebuild & configure and that's WITH the locations helpingYou have to have users call and manually type their passwords in over the phone ?
