You have to have users call and manually type their passwords in over the phone ?
I don't fully understand your question. We can send a reset over the phone but only if people FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS which few of them have. IT contacted all the locations and had the managers contact them and TELL them what to do and these b*stards are STILL wiping everything. I :why: It's not that damn hard. I have DOZENS to rebuild & configure and that's WITH the locations helping

You said it was a mass password reset.

The password to do what?

How do rebuilds and reconfigures come into play?

Unlocking it, if you enter an incorrect password too many times wipe for security and go back to an enterprise set up wizard

And this one bytchass location acts like they're tryna get me fired or something :why: They don't even submit tickets anymore, they just email me and cc all kinda people above them :gucci:

Things happen. Sometimes it also exposes flaws in systems.

That aint bad. I had 1 dude "accidentally" delete the user OU which contained all the C-level (CEO, COO, CFO, etc.) and admin accounts.

That was a beast to recover from. :wow:
I hope that nikka gets blackballed.

How tf u even in a position to do some shyt like this :gucci:

I don’t know my password, do I have a problem mr IT MAN?

@Buddy
:gladbron: not at all! Just ignore almost a dozen warnings & that you're about to erase everything and THEN leave just as many voicemail tickets. Everybody's doing it and it's not like I have other shyt to do at all :blessed:

Talk to you soon! Can't wait to hear how you "don't know what happened"

Unplug all the main systems from the main power source and reset everything in the entire company. Then send a company wide email telling everyone they need to reinstall all they programs and create new profiles. Then tell nikkas you don’t care if you created other problems or made the issue worse, because your job is to fix the problem they had and you did that. Then ask for a raise because you just proved that you figure shyt out and get shyt done!
Don't do this, breh. :mjlol:
