Just copped a 4K Samsung KS8500 for $1k...lawd

I like the size, pause, but I can't endorse an LCD after seeing OLED. Better in every metric except input lag for a couple models.What you guys think about this Tv...sams club got one day sale Saturday and its 999?

Actually, they've dropped 2 or 3 times in the last few months. There is a rumor they will drop again by Christmas. You could get a 65" B series for around 2500 right now, maybe less if you shop around online.I want one but OLEDs ain't coming down in price no time soon

Been researching 4k tvs the past couple days and my choice will be between the Samsung KS8000 and the LG B6
Probably gonna go with the B6
Hopefully they are on sale for under $1500 Super Bowl weekend

My 65" E series showed up last night. This TV is the business brehs. Can't go back from OLED now 
. Need to do rough calibration with my Spears and Munsil disc, but it's crazy out the box. 4K Youtube, Netflix, and 3D were all sick. Xbox looked way better too, even though I don't have an S yet. Can't wait to watch some 4K Blu-ray

@Demonic Jenkins jumped in the thread late but just wanted to say that's a gorgeous beast you got there. 4k TV is on my wish list of items for 2017. Thanks for the pics fam. Always wanted to see one setup at home.

I would, but a cheap supplemental one like SquareTrade. I can't see blowing 300 on a warranty you'll likely never use.
The65 inch KS800 can be bought at 1279$ from perks at work. No deal even close to that
Ordered one on Saturday
Oh and the 55 is 900$
Buy it.. I have one and I love it!! One of the best sets out this year.

Mine just came in today. Cost about $900 for the 55". Also with the points I got from buying it on perksatwork I can use $150 towards something else.
