Best Buy got a sale right now on the KS8500 and 65inch is $500 off too
The KS8500 is better for gaming than OLED because of it has lowest lag input of the 4K HDR10 TVs
55 inches
Get that OLED breh. My LG curved 4K OLED is the best TV I've ever owned. HDR 10, perfect blacks, great upscaling, great truemotion (Samsung automation plus fukks up a lot. I have a JS8500 4K in my bedroom)Man I'm thinking about it that OLED.
U supposed to turn all that artificial motion shyt off anyway. shyt is dope in like one viewing scenario. Never turn that shyt on.Get that OLED breh. I like the "soap opera" effect when watching TV. It's so smooth with my LG, but if fukks up with my Sammy.U supposed to turn all that artificial motion shyt off anyway. shyt is dope in like one viewing scenario. Never turn that shyt on.
That shyt looks so horrible bro. Lol. Im surprised they didnt remove the feature all together on TVs. Sony was the best at it and Samsung was never great wit it. Its not how the director intended u to watch movies anyway. They have certain blur and camera effects that completely get lost cause of that shyt. Only reason they put it on display at Best Buy or any other store that sells TVs is cause they have to make the TV stand out as much as possible. So everything has to go on vivid and backlight has to be turned all the way up. All the effects have to be on as well. Which is why Samsung always stood out cause they had the brightest LEDs. What people don't know is u have to adjust the TV to the room its gonna be in. Why is why people bring the TV home and it looks way different than it looks on the display floor.I like the "soap opera" effect when watching TV. It's so smooth with my LG, but if fukks up with my Sammy.
When gaming though, that shyt is turned off. My LG OLED does it automatically, but not my Samsung. I ended up turning off auto motion plus on my Samsung 4K, cuz it was fukking up too much, but I love that smooth faux 240hz (or whatever it is) on my LG.
I have a lot of confidence in this statement.. anyone who listens to a guy named "hookersandIceCream" is probably not very brightIgnore courtdog
He's just not very bright
I'm well aware of the different series sir, not sure what your point is. Maybe the Redskin ass whoopin still got you all discombobulatedBreh its teirs to this shyt
That $750 tv you posted in the other thread is a 6 series
The tv they are talking about in this thread is a 8 series, only the 9 series is better
Not really from what I've seen. But, I haven't had a chance to do some thorough comparisons via an xb1 playing an HDR game side by side. But on display showing display store content? Not really Maybe Stan might know?...Is it noticibly better
So like I was saying, Walmart got these 750 joints right... but BF is right around the corner. The TV's I'm talking about wont be around after BF because those will be copped as well. I don't know what anyone should do, just dropping optionsIm not coping a tv anytime soon so I haven't been researching these 2016 tvs but the flagship model is always the best
This years Sammy flagship is the KS9000 and KS9500
Each teir you move up has more/better features and better parts
You have to do your research to see exactly what parts are different etc.
The budget tvs usually have cheaper panels, the pic quality isn't as good as the higher teir sets, missing some a/v inputs or outputs, etc
me personally I only care about the pic quality so thats what I research whenever im copping a new tv
Samsung' curve is too much, but LG's 4K OLED curve is just right. I love my curved display. Great viewing angles (which sounds unintuitive, but it's true). I can watch tv from all angles with no problems. Plus the LG curved display is the only OLED with 3D. If you're in the center, it's even better. It's more immersive I guess. But if you're getting a non-LG, I say go with a flat panel. @winb83 has a curved Samsung and I know he's said he regretted it.What's the benefit of a curved tv? Best Buy had a deal on a 4k tv but it was curved. I thought that was the less desirable kind.
