Down 20 pounds (213 to 193), face hella slim, skin helllla clear, stomach hella non-belly-ey, upgraded my habits and saved HELLA money not going out eating or drinking and not keeping the crib stocked with liquor... Holla at a nikka

Day 4. Feeling good. The only times of the day when I feel temptation is between 6-8pm.
It’s the time when I would usually have my first drink either after work drink or wine with dinner.

I did a gallon one day and felt like half man half water
Y'all better be careful not to drink too much water. Might mess up your electrolytes. If you notice fatigue, muscle cramps etc, that's a sign that your electrolytes are out of balance.
In extreme cases it could lead to seizures and even death.
That’s good so are you going to stay sober and continue living the healthy lifestyle? I’ve been sober for 235 days today only think that’s hard is the sweets it’s like I crave them after I stop drinking but that’s all I used to drink was water and beer/alcohol now it’s just water I drink over a gallon a day and been hitting the gym since aug/sep def see a change
Keep going. Been sober for a little over 4 months. The best I've felt in 2 years.Im going to continue to drink socially which is maybe once a week. The main thing is staying hydrated cuz im hella wack when it comes to drinking enough water. But yes the goal is to stay hydrated, cut down on sweets and exercise at least 3 times a week. Baby steps
