Aww shyt you about to be superman in a minute, the headaches come with the territory but they'll go away. The body is a self healing vehicle if you take care of it. Major salute for joining the squad and motivating others to start as well. Keep posting your progress
salute to you for starting this thread and inspiring a gang of nikkas too look after themselves :salute:

Forgot to update yesterday.

Day 3 complete, on to day 4. Tried to spread out how I went about consumption after reading about water intoxication. The first two days I had knocked out the challenge by 3 PM. Looking at spreading it out into the evening hours.

Got work-related travel the next two weekends so I'll have to get the affairs in order to stay on point (i.e. stock up on water to have on hand/buy a jug). I've also found that room temp water is easier to deal with for those intimidated by the sheer amount.

Starting Monday I'm going to pair this with some semblance of a diet/calorie restriction plan to try and boost results. At the very least, just try to eat smarter and watch hidden and not-so-hidden sugar sources.

Sounds like you're killing it, I did it a similar way. When you introduce the diet you gonna accelerate the benefits. Keep pushing my man :salute:

Years ago. Did this shyt but did it wrong. Lost 60lbs in 30 days THEN ate a steak (travelled and broke routine). I’ve never felt such pain in my life.

Gonna give it a try now and do it right
