Down 20 pounds (213 to 193), face hella slim, skin helllla clear, stomach hella non-belly-ey, upgraded my habits and saved HELLA money not going out eating or drinking and not keeping the crib stocked with liquor... Holla at a nikka :wow:

How difficult was getting into the challenge iniitially?


It was easy once I decided. Key word “decided”.

I used the new year as an excuse. I also looked in the mirror and realized how disgusting i looked face and belly-wise.

Decided to book a mexico trip for new years to go all out, and for january i was gonna commit to testing my mental and physical discipline.

20 lbs in a month?

How much alcohol were you consuming daily?
Also, what did you normally drink besides liquor? Soda? Juice?

That's an insane amount of weight to drop so rapidly.


I drank and ate buffalo wild wings 5 days a week. I have a pretty solid metabolism but i was reckless. My habits were wack asf.

The water had me peeing 20+ times a day.

Liquor + salt = hella water retention

Thats a lot of our problems off rip.

I consistently started hitting the treadmill a week ago. I started keto about a week and a half ago.

It all started with gallon a day, no alcohol, no sugars. I did drink juice and sweet ass liquors too so cutting sugars was huge as well
