One is personally fixable thru hard work. One isnt. 2 different things.
Not always true. Im skinny, but i have genetics to where i gain weight in an area thats embarrassing to even admit. Out here lookin crazy and ive had a HUGE insecurity about this since i was young, even to this day. And no matter how much ive done cardio, worked out & all i havent noticed any difference. Cuz you cant lose weight in a certain area, all you do is drop weight as a whole. So idk about it being fixable.
Everything is about genes. If you lucky or not. I barely gain weight in the upper side of my body. Im skinny as hell up top. But i gain it in my lower body, yet & still my legs also have some muscle to 'em, even tho its not somethin id say i worked out to gain or whatever. Always just been like that. So its genetics.
So alot of people cant lose it at all, while some can.
