What she did should be condemned. And she had the opportunity to take it back, yet she didn't. That was a malicious lie that can have grave consequences since the guy she lied against has his pictures everywhere and a YouTube channel. Certain behaviors should called out, so as not to set a bad precedence.
I believe she thought she'll get away with it and it backfired. The woman has four kids and most of them (if not all) are boys - let her spend more time with those kids, rather than posting 24/7. Those are black boys that need attention and parental care.
