Of course it is and he’s obviously guilty, but again who wants to take the risk of truly reporting on the story like that and risking a lawsuit in the process? Especially considering she and her parents aren’t discussing the matter at all with police.

What are you going to do? Go to her school and get people on record as to confirming the relationship?

They’d run the risk of getting sued and the people reporting on the story would as well. The person on Twitter who posted the post from the beginning might end up getting sued himself.
