These dudes really squandered a SB window for no reason. It's clear Rodgers checked out at that point. In retrospect they should have traded him when they brought Love in. Could've got the same package that the 9ers traded for Lance. Could've spent the last 3 years seeing what you had in Love and rebuilding. Instead they tried to have their cake and eat it too and now they got nothing and going nowhere.

in all fairness our defense has turned around dramatically since that slow start.

It’s starting to come together for the Minnesota Vikings defense as everyone gets more comfortable in Brian Flores’ system. From Weeks 1-3, Minnesota allowed opponents to average 261.7 passing yards per game with a 116.4 QB rating, 76.2% completion rate and six combined sacks. After the win on MNF, the Vikings’ defense is now responsible for holding its last three opponents to 176 passing yards per game with an 89.1 QB rating and 74.2% completion rate with 12 sacks. Flores’ blitz-heavy approach is finding a lot more success with the young secondary settling down and the Vikings D/ST should thrive in Week 8 versus a Packers’ offense that is off to one of its worst starts in decades.
