I don’t know why the detectives never asked the father who did you ever tell you got a bonus of $118,000 or who at your company knows that will be your amount?

Someone in payroll, another executive/manager, who did you tell or who would know

Prior Sexual assault of JBR

“The red blood cells from the new inflammation were present at the same location as the chronic inflammation. The same damaged spot that proved prior contact of a sexually abusive nature had again been inflamed the night she died."

I stated earlier no sexual assault took place prior to the incident. That was because the Ramseys pediatrician reported that. Yet he had not examined her insides. Well actually the coroner stated in the autopsy he did tell that there were prior sexual assault due to damage or penetration in her vagina that predated the lethal attack. Every sexual abuse expert assigned to the grand jury who examined the genital findings from JBR’s autopsy recognized physical signs of sexual abuse that predated her murder. The panel composed of - Richard Krugman, James Monteleone, Valerie Rao and Andrew Sirotnak

An account from the housekeeper :
“ I walked in on them two or three times when they were clearly playing some game like doctor. They were in Burke’s bedroom and had made a “fort” of the sheets from his bed. They were under the sheets and Burke was really embarrassed when I asked what was going on. He was red in the face and yelled at me to get out. It happened about three times in the months leading up to the Christmas when JonBenet died.”

Burke and Jonbenet were caught several times, uhhh, experimenting, as kids do, to the point where they weren't allowed to be alone together in Charlevoix that last summer.”

Patsy told staff that Burke and JBR couldn’t be alone together. A family friend said Patsy said it was because they were “exploring” with each other too much. (Indicating touching of each others privates)

a maid previously saw them “playing doctor.” When she asked what was going on, Burke got mad at her.

Both rooms had 2 twin beds and Burke often slept in her room (siblings do this but Burke has already been seen engaging in inappropriate sexual behaviors with his sister to the point his mother told the maids to keep a eye on him essentially. He is 9 and she is 6. He is molesting his little sister.

Burke molested his sister multiple times. Given she was 6 who knows if John did as well. But we don’t know that. I can’t make a claim a father sexually abused his daughter without proof. But we have witnesses to Burke enagaging in sexual relations with his little sister.

From Burke’s interview:

BR: “I would sometimes sleep on - I forget which bed. But I would sometimes sleep in there ‘cause mine got cold.

DS: “Cause your room got cold. So whose bed was this?”

BR: “Um, JonBenet.”

Does it still seem farfetched that a boy with a history of engaging in sexual activities with his little sister would use a paint brush to “explore her”. This makes even more since that the parents did not harm the daughter in any way. They simply staged the scene and the mother covered up for her only living child. A mother’s love. I think some of you are having a hard time believing parents covered up because of that sexual assault link making them look sick. But contrary to what I said earlier it’s obvious Burke did every single action involved in the murder on his own. Remember he poked her with his train tracks as well.

Now it’s obvious Burke assaulted / molested her with the paintbrush. Again men use penile insertion not objects

"The statistics for forcible rape were even more discouraging. Sixty-one (61) boys under the age of ten had been arrested for this offense in 1996. An additional three-hundred and thirty-five (335) boys had been arrested who were aged 10 to 12 years."

"In-depth research indicates that brother-sister incest occurs most often, as much as five times as often as father-daughter incest (Nakashima and Zakus, 1977).

Burke sends his sister to the ER

This is actually far more damaging to the defense as it paints another sick picture of Burke Ramsey who now has a history of not only physical and violent abuse of his sister , but also sexual abuse. Also to mention Burke sent his sister to the ER with the golf club attack to her head. Look below.

“Mucous beneath the tape and the perfect imprint of lips led investigators to believe that this might have been another element of staging that had taken
place after JonBenét's death. Investigators would subsequently obtain records of JonBenét's medical treatment from the office of her Pediatrician, Dr. Francesco Beuf. They would learn that JonBenét had visited the doctor's office on thirty-three (33) occasions over the previous three (3) years and that Patsy Ramsey had called is offices three (3) times on the evening of December 17h. The reason for
those calls was never determined.”
Foreign Faction, Pg. 83

Continued -

“The incident that involved a blow to the head with a golf club that took place in Michigan was claimed to be an "accident" by the Ramsey family, but it is interesting to note that this incident took place within a day or two of
JonBenét's birthday in August 1994.”

“The boy remembered his sister as being "nice" but added,

"Sometimes she bugged me." JonBenét would tickle him and rummage through his desk to find candy and baseball cards. Bernhard asked how he was dealing with his sister's death, and Burke replied, "I kind of forget about it. I just kind of
go..." and he lapsed into sounds similar to Nintendo beeps.

What do you think happened to your sister?

I know what happened to my sister. She was killed.

But what happened?

Burke Ramsey - “I know what happened.”

Data from a recent US Department of Health and Human Services Child Maltreatment Report (2014) states that at least 2.3% of children were sexually victimized by a sibling. By comparison, during this same period 0.12% were sexually abused by an adult family member. [Sibling sexual abuse] may also be the longest-lasting type of intrafamilial sexual abuse and the type of abuse most likely to remain undisclosed in families and unreported to authorities." Link to research where this is mentioned.

I recall hearing on a podcast that the $118k was paid out much earlier in the year and was listed on all of his checks/paystubs thereafter.

Thus an intruder or someone else with access to the home could have been looking through documents and saw the $118k listed on his checks.

It was the parents.

I've been watching Ashley Ray on Twitter as she's gone back through the Netflix documentary and the evidence, and it seems apparent to me.

That makes no sense though. The 118k was a bonus in which any adult whom is inside of a million dollar home would easily assume they have a lot more . Kidnappers /criminals who intend for a ransom start high and go low. They don’t go for a safe number of just trying to break somebody off a little. This isn’t even how much he has in savings. It’s just a bonus. Don’t know about you but I’m starting off at a million at the least if someone is taking home yearly 118k bonuses.

Imagine what’s in savings. The looking through the drawers thing is kinda silly . That would indicate someone really had intentions for a ransom , but it never happened. A sick pedophile or murderer who does not intend to ransom (on some just want to throw police off shyt) is not concerned with going through office desk and such. They are there only with the intent to harm a child. Whether someone intended or didn’t intend to kidnap, it makes no sense for them to go in the drawers and only ask for that bogus number . The mother wasn’t thinking and just quickly came up with a number. The quickest thing that easily came to mind was her husbands Christmas bonus

Why didn’t Burke finish his bowl of pineapples. (His favorite snack? The entire bowl is still filled with pineapples the next day when the police arrive

Patsy says this much in her interview: “Somebody else did this, because I would never put a spoon that big in a bowl like that … I would think I would put two or three pieces on their plate with the rest of their food or something, because, I mean, it looks weird to set out a bowl like that.” She is a liar, but in this case, I believe her because the meal does look childish to me.

(No shyt Patsy, Burke prepared his own snack) and it seems he got distracted

Clear the boy was downstairs and he admits this.
Dr. Phil interview, he says: “I had some toy that I wanted to put together. I remember being downstairs after everyone was kinda in bed and wanting to get this thing out.”

Burkes favorite room was the site of JBR death in the basement which was often referred to as the “train room” where he played with his train. Her body displays marks of being poked with train tracks

JBR was not dragged downstairs. They were essentially in Burkes playroom. This is NOT discussed in the documentary. They paint it as a room the kids would have no reason to venture into

Don’t you see the story becomes very simple . It’s not complicated where we have to wonder how she was taken. Try ey started in the kitchen and went downstairs

Except that there was no intent to get paid a ransom.

The intent was to kidnap the child with no desire to return her. The letter was to throw the investigation off whilst proverbially slapping John in the face. Then the plan broke down when she started to awake from the stungun shot.

Was likely someone with some interaction with the family. Groundsman or some shyt. Or one of the weirdos that they came across in the child pageant scene. John probably inadvertently sonned him and he took offense. The perp already plotted on molesting her, and the sonning from John put him over the edge. Was likely plotting for years.

Hell, I don’t know… :yeshrug:

Some nikkas in here ask “why would the family randomly do that?” like there isn’t a pic of a white male holding a gun under the word “crashout”.

I think I covered everything for myself so I’ll end it here.i gotta move on lol. I’m completely leaving the thread. But I used this just to get my own thoughts together.

What actually happened that night and how was she murdered???

JBR followed after her brother whom admitted to Dr Phil he went downstairs after everyone was in bed to play with his toys. He also fixed himself his favorite snack confirmed by the maid. A bowl of pineapples with a big ass spoon and milk with a tea bag in it. This bowl that he fixes for himself (or him mom fixed for him before bed/ but she denies doing so/ burkes fingerprints either way is on the bowl) is pretty much completely full the next day indicating he didn’t bother finishing it in the slightest.

JBR gets out of her bed as the kids often go downstairs when their parents are sleep (stated again by the maid). There was just one pineapple undigested in her throat , indicating she either ate one with her brother , who is already downstairs eating, or she took a pineapple from him as Burke himself stated she would annoy him sometimes by taking his things without asking. Either she stole a pineapple or it had something to do with playing with his toys.

Here is the complete breakdown

Spitz, the forensic pathologist involved in this case:

This first injury sustained by JonBenét was believed to have been the constriction marks on the sides and front of her throat. … [H]er assailant had grabbed her shirt from the front and twisted the collar in their fist. The cloth from the edge of the collar had created the discolored, striated bruising and abrasions on the sides of her neck, and the knuckles of the perpetrator had caused the triangular shaped bruise located on the front side of her throat.
Has anyone seen a little boy get in a physical conflict with a sibling or another child? Even a girl. Sure we all have. This is how they behave. This is childlike behavior . Why is an adult grabbing a 6 year old by her shirt and twisting the collar? That is what a bully would do. When school fights start in movies you literally see that action with kids reaching for each others clothes around the collar. An adult can just pick her up. Lol. And I would expect a child to scream at a stranger pulling at her clothes, this is not how intruders subdue children

Continued :

“JonBenét reached up to her neck with her hands to attempt to pull away the collar causing some nail gouges / abrasions with her fingernails on the side of her throat. Released from the grasp of the perpetrator, JonBenét turned and was struck in the upper right side of her head with a blunt object … The blow would have rendered JonBenét unconscious and accounted for the absence of any additional defensive wounds on her body. Inflicted perimortem with her death, was the insertion of the paintbrush handle into JonBenét’s vaginal orifice. The last injury sustained was the tightening of the garrote around JonBenét’s throat that resulted in her death by strangulation /asphyxiation.”

This tells us it is IMPOSSIBLE for her hands to be tied up at this point given she is freely using her hands to reach her neck. Intruders usually walk into a sleeping child’s bedroom and instantly tape up the mouth so there is no scream….tie up the wrist with the hands placed behind the back to keep them from being able to reach things in front of them or grab at them. Why is a full fledged adult having such a struggle with a 6 year old girl? child kidnappers duck tape the mouth , tie up the wrist and carry the child to whatever the destination is. If this person aimed to do these quietly, why are they turning on lights, getting food , and having a fight basically with a child ????

Weapons believed to be used:
Burkes favorite flashlight he slept with nightly
Buries train Track used to poke her to check if she was still alive (childlike behavior)
A paint brush inserted inside her AFTER DEATH (an adult would most likely do this while she is alive to get off)

And lastly the Garrote which is the only thing presented here that un-kid like as it’s stated somehow that this is a complicated material/ device

Kolar: "Investigators would also enlist the aid of a knot expert, John Van Tassel of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He would eventually determine that the slip knots used in the wrist and neck ligatures were of standard fare. The end of the cord wrapped around the remains of the paintbrush were observed to be concentric loops and ended in a simple hitch that secured the knot in place. Again, there was nothing particularly fancy about the knots suggesting that a skilled perpetrator had been responsible for tying them."

Michael Kane, the prosecutor: "I don’t know where this came from that these were sophisticated knots. I don’t know that anybody had the opportunity to untie those knots who was an expert in knots, but the police department had somebody who fit that category and that was not the opinion of that person. These were very simple knots."

My final conclusion (those are quotes above
This perfectly resembles that of child homicides by other children deemed as psychopaths. This is in no way consistent with the actions of an adult.

The final nail in the coffin

The room. The biggest reason we think she was dragged to the basement is why the fukk else would she be down there this time of night. Why is she found in this room kids don’t belong.

Except the kids are extremely familiar with the room. This is Burkes play room . His “train room” (the tracks she was poked with lie around her body upon discovery / photos are online) . This is his room and every single item used in the attack also belong to Burke or are often used by him EVERY SINGLE ONE. There is not one foreign object used that comes from outside of this home. We don’t have her being hit by a hammer or something else a sick adult would use (it’s just Burkes steel flashlight) we don’t have knife cuts in which actually Burkes owns a Swiss Army knife that he walked around the house with and the maid had literally hid it 2 days prior to leaving for Christmas vacation . So Burke probably would have used it if he knew where it was. He frequently molested his sister and witnesses caught him in inappropriate acts with her often and explored her body one final time with a paint brush (a child’s curiosity) not his penis as an adult would. There is nothing farfetched about the stick (which they called a garrite) as he was a boy scout and it was handmade. This is NOT common for people to just have, even murderers. Grown men use actual weapons and tools. Not handmade objects. It is not his first time hitting her on the head as he previously sent her to the ER after hitting her in the head with a golf club 2 days before her birthday.

The parents are not sick to the point they harmed their child in this instance. Out of the love of her only remaining child the mother wrote a ransom letter using her husbands bonus as the number hoping it would divert from the cold murder that seemed to take place in the home. This is so the cops look elsewhere. There is never a ransom call.

In all honesty the only thing I even consider as possible is outside of the parents being involved is that perhaps John doesn’t know. And this is a secret between a mother and her child. This would explain him still pushing for the murderer to be found . Explain that 118k being on the letter, as I doubt such an intelligent man would think the cops would fall for that number, given how rich you could tell he actually was and that the number directly linked to him as his Christmas bonus. Showing Patsy used her mom imagination using references from action movies and westerns to write this never before seen 2.5 page miniature foreign faction fantasy story which took 21 minutes to write from her stationary , also containing the pre-draft. A wife always knows what the husband makes and thought this was a good idea to make it seem personal. Mr Ramsey….John…

This is his second marriage and Patsy was essentially 10 years younger than him. He already has children. And has lost a daughter already. The only problem is all the lies and contradictions he tells the police. But in reality in real time the public initially just blamed the mother because “she” was the one appearing on tv intoxicated in interviews with slurred speech, refusing to turn in items to the police and telling contradiction after contradiction, lie after lie in regards to even the smallest details to the authorities. The uncooperation with the authorities at that time , in contrast with John’s personality of being front and center lead atleast for the possibility John doesn’t know and doesn’t think his son did it. And perhaps all the contradictions and lies he told was simply covering up for what his traumatized wife whom he thought was just simply distraught and couldn’t remember a lot of details. I’m married.

Couples do this for eachother when people perceive the other in a bad light. Sometimes you can just say things to get someone off their back. Perhaps Patsy simply played along going along with her husband and the husband didn’t cooperate at times just following his wife’s lead, for her concern as she is again very distraught ( which I don’t doubt she lived JBR very much/ her pride and joy). Burke is a very good liar who started as we can see on video at the age of 9 years old. In the 911 convo his father heard yelling that “we are not speaking to you!!” Could have been his father’s intuition that something was funky and blaming his son that he may have done something to his sister because of the previous violent conflicts between Burke and his sister including the golf club incident. Patsy perhaps covered for her baby and told him essentially it was no way he could have did it.. and it was a ransom! That made John rethink it and take the blame off his son. Patsy is deceased and John is here pushing for dna testing. (it’s just another theory on his involvement im putting out there.)

Edit - I fully believe this now. John had nothing to do with this. Patsy covered for her only child “the cbs former fbi agent Clementine could hear a audio of her saying what did you do?

. But that doesn’t really matter . All that matters is that Burke killed his sister. Watch his interviews and you will feel uncomfortable with his entire demeanor . Even the ones of him as a child being “interrogated” or talked to. Burke killed his sister with all of HIS ITEMS in HIS FAVORITE ROOM

It’s a waste of time focusing on the points of entry at this point. @Solo_87 is right about that. Open window , closed window… Just focus on what happened that night inside the home and it is obvious there was no intruder

- The former agent, Greg McCrary, had served 25 years with the FBI and indicated that he had at one time been recruited by one of the Ramsey defense
investigators to join their team. McCrary did not hesitate to decline the offer, and cited his reasons in the article:

"Because on a ratio of 12 to 1, child murders are committed by parents or a family member. In this case, you also have an elaborate 'staging' - the ransom note, the placement of the child's body - and I have never in
my career seen or heard about a staging where
was not a family member - or someone very close to the family. Just the note alone told me the killer
was in the family or close to it." With regard to the ransom note and practice note found on Patsy's notepad, McCrary went on to say that "Kidnappers do not spend hours at a crime scene after murdering their victims composing letters”

Last thing I forgot to post because someone sent me a link showing the police saw damage to the window screens in the back like is was a aha moment. Again you can focus on if there was or wasn’t a intruder by the events that took place inside the home. The windows being open or not due to John don’t even matter at this point. But damaged screen doors do indicate break ins. Here is eye witness account from family friends angry at the Ramseys that the screens had been broken for a long time since John always forgot his keys. Could something have been open? Someone can say that. But screen doors were always broken for clarification

This is a quote

“Mrs. Fernie shared one additional tidbit of information with investigators that had been bothering her. She indicated that late in the summer, or early fall of 1996, she had observed damages to the latch area of an exterior screen door located on the rear, south side of the Ramsey home. Mrs. Fernie was concerned that perhaps a burglary attempt had been made to the home, and
shared this information with Patsy.
They inspected the door, and determined that the interior door exhibited no damages whatsoever. Patsy expressed no concern about the damaged
screen door and suggested that perhaps John was responsible for the marks. He reportedly was always forgetting his keys and had broken into the house
on other occasions. Mrs. Fernie indicated that she had seen a photograph of this same screen door displayed in an advertisement running in one of the Denver newspapers shortly after the murder. The advertisement, placed by Ramsey attorneys and taking up at least half of the page of the newspaper, purported that this may
have been a possible point of entry used by the kidnapper of JonBenét. This did not sit well with Mrs. Fernie, because Patsy was fully aware that these damages had been inflicted upon the screen door weeks or months prior to the murder of JonBenét. The use of this particular photograph seemed to be an attempt to mislead the public about the evidence associated with the crime and the Fernies indicated that they severed their contact with the family
following their observation of that advertisement.”
